Forone has established a specific department to follow its customers as well as possible in the after-sale operation.

Our technicians of the After-Sale Service Department are committed to follow our clients for any kind of technical matter related to the functioning and the usage of the LED equipment, as well as any question related to the supply both in the project and the installation phase.

In particular, the Post-Sale Assistance experts take care of the first set-up of the giant screens, of the training of the personnel who will operate on the equipment and of the maintenance that might be necessary within 2 years guarantee. Furthermore, they may go to the job location to upgrade both the hardware and the software after 2 years usage. (for the exclusive distributor and the customer with screen larger than 30sqm )

Installation and debugging:

1. One professional will be sent to the job location to conduct site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the schemes and the original manual. If there is any special situation which is necessary to make changes of part installation scheme, we will coordinate with users. Forone will ensure the consistence of completion time and contracted time excepting the irresistible disaster from the nature and the special reason from the customer.

2. Debugging standard: take the predetermined standards from the signed contract.

Training:

Forone will train the users based on the manual, system use guide and maintenance guide. The training includes installation, debugging, system use, and system maintenance and equipment protection.

Basic Training
Three days' workshop training on some basic skills of LED Screen System; PC Basic Knowledge; Windows Operation System; LED Screen Working Principle; General System Problems; System Daily Maintenance & Safety.

Site Training
Three days' on site training on purpose to let the Clients know how to operate the LED screen system, how to solve general problems. And how to install hardware and software. eg: LED Screen Daily Maintenance; Software Problem Treatment; Hardware Problem Treatment.

Training Contents
PC Basic Knowledge; Windows Operation; LED Screen Working Principle; Software Operation; Safety & others. Eg: Software Installation; Daily Maintenance; General Problems Treatment; Software Problem Treatment.

Purpose
Able to operate Software; Know how to deal with general problems; Able to prepare display resources; Daily Maintenance; Problem Treatment.

Maintenance:

1. Maintenance principles: response in time, solve problems as soon as possible and ensure the use.

2 .Maintenance period: During the maintenance period, all maintenance Charges of the screen body made by Forone will be free ( please reference the terms on the contract); After Maintenance period, only charge the fee on the material and the freight.

3. Maintenance scope: If the users find any problem which cannot be solved, please contact with Shining Visual by phone, fax, e-mail and etc, we will response as soon as possible, and recover in 24 hours. In order to shorten the maintenance time, our company will deploy some spare parts such as power supplies and modules etc. Under normal use and storage, our company will be responsible for the equipments. If there is any failure in product quality, we will maintain and change the components for free.

In the Maintenance period, if the equipment cannot work in a right way, users should hand in detailed written report to state the details of the problems. Please notice, the whole operational process should be based on the equipment from Forone.(as scheduled on the contract) Otherwise, we will consider it as the mistake from the buyer. (eg : the customer changed the control system by themselves while have not inform us before)

4. After the completion of the project, we will conduct life maintenance of the system continuously, perfect the system and update the software. For the hardware equipment, we only collect expenses on components.

5. After-sale service: regular maintenance, revisit, enquiry for comments, improvement.
